Good news to anyone who hires for 4 or more weeks, FREE RETURN P&P.The postage price of clutches has been reduced by 50% and jewellery by 25%. Even more savings can be made if you add a clutch or piece of jewellery to your handbag hire there will be no postal charges incurred when you hire them all for a period of 4 weeks or more.

None, we have a New Authentication Service which confirms your identity and status, which then enables Voulue to make an instant decision on hiring our designer handbags.If there are circumstances which question the information held about you Voulue will inform you if further action is required.

Unfortunately, you must be over 18 years of age,the products are expensive and if you damage or loose them.....but send us your details of your birthday and we wont forget you.

FREE, ...unlike other hire companies who charge monthly fees.We do not expect you to buy our stock, only thento have it hired  back to you! So membership will always be FREE.Being a member doesnt commit you to hiring a handbag at anytime, you will also be included in our FREE monthly hire draws...at no cost to you,Voulue will pay for the return postage and in transit insurance.

Eveyone  hiring goods from Voulue are entitled to 100% equity of the hire price excluding shipping costs, should that item come up for sale.On registering your interest in purchasing our items,members who have hired the goods previously will be first in line. We will keep a register and offer members the opportunity to purchase by sending an email. If they refuse, we will then ask the next member who expressed an interest.

Please recyle the packaging we sent the goods in.Do not forget to take any personal items out of your purse, anything found by us will be returned.You may be asked to identify the objects. Remember to put it in its dust cover or protective box and return the information leaflets.Please ensure you seal the packaging properly, affix the label which came with the handbag and take it to the post office.We will email you upon the safe return of the goods.

The majority of our customers will receive new unused bags, or those with very little wear.All bags that have been hired out undergo a strict cleaning regime.Vacuuming and anti-bacterial and anti-viral treatments will be applied to all bags followed by creaming of any leather. All bags are examined and any marks are collated on the bags "passport", including photographs of bags before hiring,the documentation which stays with the bag until it retires.On retirement, members who have asked for the chance of ownership will be contacted and offered the chance to purchase.

After your card payment has been authorised Voulue will despatch your goods and email you that they are on there way.If your goods have not been received within 24 hours ,you must contact Voulue straight away admin@voulue.com

At anytime,no problem...but if you have hired anything from Voulue, it must be returned first.

Yes, but not all bags are available, this depends on the ability to restock from our designers.They only carry a limited stock before they stop the seasonal lines. Buying early in the season when we release bags will improve your chances of purchasing designer handbags.Voulue also pick up the H.M.customs charges which are often prohibitive for most customers, especially when buying from our American designers.

You must only use the bag for your alloted hire period, if you wish to keep it longer you must email us (at least 2 days before the end of your hire period)to see if it has been reserved by another member.If possible we will hire it to you up to a maximum of 3months.  You will be billed prior to the new hire start day for the period of time the item is in your possession.

Subject to a successful trading history (6-12 months)Voulue will increase your ability to hire more than one item.

You must be available to sign for your delivery from our Royal Mail Special Delivery Service who will ensure that your Voulue parcel arrives safely and on time. Let us know if you have any special delivery requirements and we will do our best to implement them.

If you would like Voulue  to send your handbag to a different location, you can enter an alternative address when you order,you will be asked to confirm your membership details and your delivery address.

Voulue normally buys at trade prices,not retail.Generally we will not be able to offer you the price you believe your handbag is worth.Do consider our consignment service where your handbag will be seen by the customers who would love to buy  designer handbags.Voulue will act as a broker between the parties involved.This will ensure a transaction has occured and the handbags have been screened by an independant third party for quality and condition.
